Construction
Electric hotplates with stepless power control with or without thermostatic control in robust design for continuous operation. The heating surface is made of aluminum alloy with good thermal conductivity; this is smooth, easy to clean, and anodized to improve the resistance of the surface to chemical and mechanical influences. Due to the long-term asymmetric heating system (plate corners and edges are more heated), a very even temperature distribution is achieved over the entire heating surface. The housing parts are made of stainless steel; the middle part is additionally sprayes in orange. Four adjustable feet ensure extra stability. The approx. 1.7m long connection cable is supplied with 230V to 3300W with Schuko plug.
Furthermore, all hotplates are equipped with a safety temperature limiter; this switches the deive permanently OFF" at all poles if the safety temperature is exceeded ( regulating a range of 30-110°C at approx. 130-140°C, regulating a range of 50-300° + 100-370° at approx. 380°C). The protection can only be reactivated after cooling down and troubleshooting.
