Rapid incinerator
Rapid incinerators are used for time-saving singel or series incineration of solid and liquid substances. The aim is usually the analysis of substances and liquids for their organic and inorganic components. Due to the two-story structure, preheating, drying, fuming, and finally, ashing can co-occur in only one unit. The operating temperature of 999°C is reached in a few minutes. The rapid incinerator is suitable for holding porcelain crucibles up to 50 mm in diameter (other sizes on request).
Construction
The upper level, with 8 recesses each with a diameter of 34 mm, can take porcelain crucibles of up to 50 mm diameter for drying, pre-heating and fuming-off. Ashing occurs in the lower, 400 mm long triangular heating bed when the crucibles are tilted. The uninhibited exposure to oxygen speeds up the incineration process. The inclined position of the crucibles allows the ashing process to be easily observed. The perforated tray and the ashing bed can be loaded simultaneously. A safety switch turns the heater off when the ashing chamber is opened and on again when it is closed. All Rapid Incinerators have a 120-minute timer with an audible signal for process end and permanently ON position. The upper parts are made of stainless steel; the housing is additionally painted. The unit is delivered ready for connection with approx. 1.8 m power cable and Schuko plug.
Modern shape, easy operation, reliable, space-saving, and inexpensive.
