The PR5 microprocessor-controlled ramp controller is a complex time/temperature controller for all precision hotplates (including the high-temperature titanium hotplate).

Program sets consisting of up to 5 ramps can be processed. A ramp consists of ramp time, hold temperature and hold time. 3 temperature/time profiles (programs) can be stored. A programmable hold time allows delaying the start for up to 99 hrs.

Each temperature and time parameter can be selected with its own key; this allows easy and clear programming. Setting the respective parameter to 0 makes it possible to skip individual ramps. During the program run, each value can be called up for checking.

Data backup is provided by an EEPROM. The devices also have a changeover switch for continuous control, as well as a power controller. A buzzer signal sounds at the end of the program.

Microprocessor controlled with power adjustment

The 2860SR and 2860EB temperature controllers can be combined with all type ET precision hotplates. The temperature is set on the microprocessor-controlled digital instrument in increments of 0.1°C up to 99.9°C and in increments of 1°C above 100°C. The set temperature is maintained even after the device is switched off. Setpoint programming is only possible via a two-finger operation to prevent accidental temperature adjustment by pressing only one key. After releasing the keys, the actual temperature is constantly displayed by 14 mm high digits.

With the continuously operating electronic power controller, the heating power can be adjusted to the heat required to prevent overshooting of the set temperature or reheating. The temperature is measured by the built-in quick-reaction PT 100 sensor of the hotplate.

Typ 2860EB - as slight-in module for work-benches. The required screws are included with the unit.

High accuracy in the whole temperature range up to 600°C

TR28-3T digital temperature controller is a temperature controller for PZ28-3T/PZ28-3TD high-temperature hot plate.

After setting the temperature value, the microprocessor of the measuring/control device calculates the required heating power and releases the corresponding heating current. Adjustment to the set point occurs over the entire temperature range with an accuracy of 1°C or better, without requiring manual power adjustment.
